The nose is fruity, juicy, aromatic and offeres a slight intensity. It reveals notes of sherry, cassis jam and crushed blackberry associated with slight notes of red fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of bay/garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, quite elegant, well-built and offers a beautiful finesse, minerality, a good guideline, a slight acid frame (in the background) as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, crushed black cherry and slight notes of cassis jam associated with hints of fleshy raspberry, slight woody hints, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of hazelnut and chocolate truffle. Tannins are very slightly dry. Good length.
