The nose is flowery and aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry and black cherry associated with slight hints of spices as well as a very discreet/imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fat, round, quite unctuous and offers a slight mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed black cherry, crushed black raspberry and crushed blackberry associated with slight notes of cassis jam, a hint of toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of caramelization, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of flowers. Tannins are young. Good length and persistence.
