La Grande Bauquière – Moment Inattendu 2016 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of raspberry candy and crushed white fruits associated with slight touches of ripe/sweet redcurrant as well as a subtle hint of fresh flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juicy frame, a beautiful acidity, a nice definition, gourmandise, a beautiful freshness, a good volume, elegance as well as a beautiful matter. In hte mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry candy and crushed/ripe white fruits associated with slight hints of Tagada strawberry candy as well as a subtle hint of ripe citrus (in the background). Good length.
