The nose is aromatic, racy and elegant. It reveals notes of butter, toasted notes, quince and ripe white fruits associated with slight hints of citrus, peach as well as a discreet hint of beeswax and flowers. The palate is fruity, well-baalnced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, dynamism, a beautiful juiciness, a juicy/acid frame, a beautiful volume, suavity, a beautiful fat as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, juicy ripe pear and slight hints of citrus (quince, clementine) associated with discreet toasted hints, beeswax, a slight hint of clementine zests (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg (in the background). Good length and persistence with toasted touches as well as a hint of grilled oak.
