Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre – Les Preuses 2015 – Chablis Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) and crushed white fruits (peach, apple) associated with slight hints of flowers, lemon tree, slight toasted hints, butter as well as a subtle hint of vanilla, a slight hint of racy minerality and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers an acid frame, a slight minerality, tension, volume and gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of ripe mandarin, crushed peach associated with a hint of apple as well as a subtle hint of passion fruit. Good length.
