The nose is fruity and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of lemon, crushed pear and slight hints of zests associated with touches of ripe white fruits, oak, spices as well as imperceptible hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, elegance, fat, a beautiful suavity, a slight unctuosity, juiciness as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe white fruits (Williams pear…), yellow peach and a hint of ripe lemon associated with slight touches of yellow stone fruits as well as very discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length and aromatic persistence.
