The nose is gourmand, aromatic and relatively full/intense. It reveals notes of flowers (white flowers, apple tree flowers), apple and slight notes of lemon associated with touches of exotic fruits, mandarin and flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit « perlant » (lightly sparkling) on the attack and offers a slight straightness, a slight gourmandise, an acid frame/citrus as well as a slight suavity/fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of green apple notes and ripe lemon associated with small notes of exotic fruits/crushed vine peach, mandarin as well as a subtle hint of green lemon. Good length.
