Frédéric Mallo – Riesling 2013 – Alsace Grand Cru Rosacker

Frédéric Mallo – Riesling 2013 – Alsace Grand Cru Rosacker

The nose is aromatic and offers a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of ripe citrus and slight notes of beeswax, yellow fruits associated with a discreet hint of nuts and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a beautiful acid frame, juiciness, roundness, a good volume, minerality, freshness as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow fruits (yellow peach…) and slight notes of quince associated with hints of beeswax as well as very subtle/imperceptible hints of oak/nuts. Good length.
