The nose is fruity, generous and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of cassis jam associated with slight notes of Boysenberry, spices, a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper as well as slight notes of cornflowers and a very discreet hint of crushed strawberry. The palate is fruity, fluid, mineral, well-balanced and offers fat, roundness, a good volume and a mineral frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam and slight notes of cassis, plum combined with a discreet hint of red fruits (berries, raspberry) as well as slight hints of wood, licorice and a discreet hint of black olive. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
