The nose is fruity, elegant, straight, relatively fine and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry cream and cassis associated with slight notes of small berries, flowers, Sichuan pepper as well as hints of mocha, olive and a very discreet toasted hint. The palate is suave, round, supple, ample, fine, well-balanced, fat, nicely built and offers a slight acid frame as well as a beautiful freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum jam associated with slight hints of fleshy strawberry, a woody hint as well as a discreet hint of mocha and an imperceptible point of garrigue. Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence.
