The nose is fruity, gourmand and rich. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, sour cherry and fine notes of cassis, crushed strawberry combined with touches of chocolate, zan as well as a discreet toasted oak and a very discreet hint of black pepper. The mouth is fruity, mineral, juicy, elegant, relatively fat, round, relatively gourmande and offers a certain finesse, an acid frame, harmony and a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy sour cherry and slight notes of redcurrant / red berries combined with a hint of strawberry, toasted wood, discreet hint of vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of cocoa and coffee. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
