The nose is fruity, gourmand, aromatic and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of Quetsche plum cream and cassis associated with slight notes of raspberry, wild strawberry associated with woody hints, hints of sendalwood as well as slight notes of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, juicy and offers a beautiful acid frame as well as a beautiful fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fleshy wild strawberry and slight notes of Quetsche plum associated with a discreet hint of redcurrant sweet and liquorice. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence.
