The nose is fruity, powerful and relatively intense. It reveals notes of red fruit, redcurrant, raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with a hint of plum, blueberry cream, licorice as well as hints of spices and a hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmand, suave, fluid and offers a nice silky matter, fat, a good structure and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, blackberry and slight notes of blueberry associated with a hint of fig, fine touches of cherry as well as slight notes of chocolate, licorice and tea. Tannins are fine, relatively numerous and slightly firm / dry. Good length and persistence.
