The nose is aromatic, powerful and structured. It reveal notes of blackberries, blackberry jam, wild strawberry and cassis associated with fine notes of wild berries, bell pepper, a hint of Ceylon tea as well as slight hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers a mineral structure, freshness, roundness and volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry, fine notes of blueberry and slight notes of red fruit associated with a hint of plum, touches of mocha, a hint of toasted oak as well as slight hints of sweet spices and a fine salinity on the finish. Tannins are fine, elegant and integrated. Good length and aromatic persistence with woody notes and notes of coffee.
