The nose is fruity, aromatic as well as relatively powerful and concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, black cherry and plum associated with fine notes of concentrated cassis, iris as well as touches of black olive keys and scrubland. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, juiciness as well as a beautiful, fleshy and silky matter. There is acidity on the attack. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, black cherry, slight notes of crunchy Garriguette strawberry and a touch of plum associated with hints of licorice, chocolate, sweet spices, vanilla as well as discreet notes of caramelized oak. Good length.
