The nose is aromatic and fine. It expresses notes of cassis, blackberry, raspberry and small black berries combined with slight notes of cherry, spice, pepper as well as a hint of black olive, coffee and garrigue. The palate is fruity, fleshy, unctuous, gourmand and offers a certain tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, blueberry and slight notes of black cherry associated with touches of red fruits as well as a touch of liquorice, a discreet hint of chocolate, a few slight notes of oak and a touch of black olive. Tannins are well-built and very slightly dry. Good length and persistence.
