The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced, elegant, harmonious, sleek, tight and offers a beautiful silky matter, a beautiful fine grain, a certain density, a racy mineral frame, freshness and a certain tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and blackberry candy associated with touches of raspberry as well as a touch of Zan and a discreet hint of menthol (very discreet).
