The nose is fruity, gourmand and charming. It reveals notes of stewed white fruits (pear, apple) and candied citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with small notes of honey. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, sleek, beautifully balanced, relatively fat and offers a nice minerality and an acid frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of jammy pear and candied citrus (lemon, orange) combined with hints of pineapple in syrup as well as a discreet touch of mirabelle plum (in the background) and a touch of honey. Good length and persistence with notes of citrus / lemon.
