The palate is fruity, mineral, fluid, well-structured and well-balanced. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry and black berries combined with a few slight notes of red fruits (in the background), cassis as well as a few notes of spices (in the background), a hint of Sichuan pepper and fine notes of toast / liquorice. Tannins are fine.
