A beautiful creamy mousse. The nose is relatively elegant and harmonious. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with slight notes of apple, a discreet touch of ripe pineapple as well as a touch of toasted bread and a hint of hawthorn. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers elegance. The effervescence is very fine, tight and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin candy and slight notes of pear compote associated with slight notes of apple, red fruits and discreet touches of lime in the background. Good length.
