It reveals notes of citrus fruits (quince, lemon, mandarin) combined with slight notes of honey as well as a touch of pâtisserie and a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight and offers tension. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, slightly creamy and well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (lemon, orange, quince) and slight notes of red apple combined with slight notes of beeswax and a discreet touch of brioche. Good length.
