The nose is fine and a bit discreet. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon zest and flowers. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, relatively fat and offers a certain dynamism. The effervescence is fine and slightly discreet. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, Granny apple and slight notes of lime associated with a touch of pineapple, grapes and a discreet touch of flowers. Good length.
