The nose is fruity and full. It reveals notes of ripe white fruit (nectarine, pear) combined with a touch of candied lemon, fresh mandarin and slight notes of toasted bread and a hint of minerality. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral and offers an acid frame, freshness and a certain finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and slight hints of white fruit (nectarine, pear) combined with touches of apple skin, oyster shell (limestone) and a hint of exotic fruits (lychee, passion fruit). Good length and persistence. There are notes of lemon zest.
