The nose is fine, complex, full and aromatic. It reveals notes of peach skin, notes of Sicilian lemon and fine notes of tangerine associated with a discreet touch of jasmine, a touch of spices as well as a fine note of rancio and a discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is round, fine, elegant, well-conducted, straight, ample and offers a nice structure as well as a fleshy and quite velvety matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of peach, mango and apricot associated with fine notes of citrus fruits, caramel and rancio. Good length and persistence.
