The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of dried red fruit, blackberry and cassis combined with woody touches and slight notes of violets. The palate is fruity, relatively silky and offers a small minerality and a fruity / acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, crunchy strawberry and slight notes of cherry jam (in the background), small notes of red fruit associated with woody touches, licorice, slight notes of cassis buds as well as slight notes of coffee on the persistence. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length.
