The nose is aromatic, fresh and relatively intense. It reveals notes of white fruit and crunchy Granny Smith apple associated with slight notes of clementine zest. The palate is fruity, balanced, a bit fat, quite ample and offers a slightly creamy matter. The effervescence is slightly creamy. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of white fruits and apple combined with a touch of peach, citrus as well as a touch apricot and a discreet touch of beeswax. Good length.
