The nose reveals notes of plum and white truffle associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, blueberry (cornflower) as well as a few slight notes of raspberry and cherry. The palate is fresh, gourmand, fat and mineral. It expresses notes of sour cherry, plum and candied plum associated with small notes of licorice, spices, oak as well as very fine notes of gray pepper. Tannins are well-made. Good length and persistence.
