This white wine from Collioure is made of 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc, coming from schist terraces. These varieties are harvested at early maturity to maintain the best balance between finesse and volume. Fermented in barrels, this wine is aged on lees until April. Almost transparent, the wine is net & direct, some flowers and some wet rock, but it opens completely in the mouth. Ample and balanced with a finesse that comes from the minerality. The structure is exemplary.
