On the palate, fruity, creamy, gourmandize and it offers a good definition, a generous creaminess, subtle touch of acidity and minerality. The wine express the notes of ripe and juicy blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry associated with touch of violet, and cherry flower and also nice minerality, waft of mocha, sichuan pepper, tobacco.
