The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a nice definition as well as a certain richness. There are notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of small yellow fruits as well as a subtle hint of fresh lemon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a mineral frame, fat, a good definition as well as a beautiful roundness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quénette, quince and small notes of small fleshy/pulpy fruits associated with touches of small exotic fruits as well as almost buttery hints. A fine tannic hint (in the background) both in its aromatic and its structure. Good job on the good bitterness.
