The nose is beautifully precise and elegant, racy, velvety and delicate. It reveals notes of violets, small pulpy black berries and small notes of small wild red fruits associated with hints of zan, black olive and a discreet hint of cornflower. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a tangy frame, precision, tension and lovely definition. We also find precision, gourmandise, energy and a fresh chalkiness side. In mouth this wine expresses notes of red berries, crunchy cherry and small notes of fresh flowers, associated with local woody touches and a subtle hint of mandarin. Good length, with a hint of chocolate.
