The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers concentration, deepness, matter, a certain richness as well as a nice maturity. A beautiful texture in richness, elegance and precision. It reveals notes of pulpy Bigarreau cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of fleshy/crushed strawberry associated with a touch of blueberry, balsamic and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is beautifully gourmand, mineral, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, a good definition, precision, matter as well as a textured side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, purple plum and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of fleshy/juicy cherry, hints of cornflowers as well as a subtle hint of balsamic, vanilla and toast. Good length. Gourmandize and harmony.
