The nose is fresh, mineral, racy and offers complexity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of small fresh fruits, white plum, small notes of fresh Mirabelle associated with small touches of quince, apricot flowers, fine hints of citrus, orange dry zests as well as a discreet hint of fresh local grove and a very discreet hint of patisserie/fresh almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers elegance, gourmandize, a beautiful juiciness, delicacy, tension as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh yellow plum, pulpy/fresh white plum, small notes of quince associated with touches of fresh apricot, fleshy apple, a subtle hint of kumquat, sage as well as a very discreet hint of almond (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of rosemary. Good length. There are very discreet hints of ripe almond and dry local grove in the persistence.
