The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of very ripe plum and very ripe blackberry associated with subtle hints of red fruits (redcurrant, cherry) in the background, a hint of prune as well as a subtle hint of licorice and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight freshness, tension, fat, a slight suavity, a slight straightness as well as a nice freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum and ripe strawberry associated with slight touches of very ripe blueberry as well as a subtle hint of licorice and a woody hint. Good length.
