The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a nice freshness, gourmandise, flexibility as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, fleshy raspberry and slight hints of juicy plum chair associated with a slight touch of apple, subtle hints of lemon as well as a very discreet hint of minerality and an imperceptible hint of fresh mandarin (in the background). Good length.
