The nose is complex and gourmand. It reveals notes of candy, plum and slight notes of caramel associated with notes of sour cherry, slight notes of lavender, dried fruit and a touch of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral and elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, cherry, blackberry and cassis juice combined with a few notes of black fruit cream as well as a few slight notes of chocolate (in the background), toasted oak, coconut and vanilla. Good length.
