The nose is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine minerality. It reveals notes of apple, pear and subtle hints of citrus (in the background) associated with touches of flint and a very discreet oceanic hint / minerality almost saline. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, well-defined, finely gourmande and offers a nice acid frame, a fine suavity, a good definition and a good roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, lemon and fine touches of mandarin associated with a subtle / discreet hint of lychee (in the background), subtle woody touches (in the background) as well as subtle touches of white flowers (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of rocky/saline minerality (terroir). Good length and persistence.
