The nose is finely powerful and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed apple, stewed white fruits and dried lemon combined with a subtle hint of flowers (white flowers, violet), Sherry, potpourri / malt as well as an imperceptible touch of blackberry, vanilla / caramel and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is well-balanced and offers gourmandise, a good roundness, a fine fleshiness, unctuosity, fat as well as a nice richness. On the palate this Whisky expresses notes of litchi, dried lemon and small touches of Sherry, potpourri associated with touches of fleshy / dried white fruits, vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of coconut and sweet spices. Good persistence.
