The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small intensity. It reveals notes of candied lemon, quince and green tea combined with slight notes of flowers and green apple. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively gourmande and offers a mineral / acid frame and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, pear in syrup and fine notes of crystallized clementine associated with a discreet hint of pineapple, honey and gingerbread. Good length.
