The nose is intense and floral, revealing nuances of rose, jasmine, white flowers, lemons, limes, grapefruits and a touch of pungent spices. On the palate the wine is fresh and vibrant with electric acidity, light structure, nuances of green apples, citrus fruits, blossom, pear drops, some saltiness and a touch of bitterness on the refreshing, saline, chalky finish.
