The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose offers juiciness, depth and complexity. It expresses notes of ripe stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), a touch of melon, ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, yellow lemon peel), crushed green apple, fresh green pear, as well as lemon jam, lemon peels, quince, white flowers (apple blossom, acacia), peppermint, tea leaf, a touch of honey and sweet spices (ground cumin, nutmeg), beeswax and a touch of toast, smoke and honey. On the palate, the wine is fragrant and expressive. It offers smoothness and richness, balanced by high acidity. It expresses notes of fresh ripe citrus fruits (ripe lemon, grapefruit zest), candied lime, fresh pineapple, white peach, tangy apricot, quince jam, as well as refreshing notes of peppermint, lemon thyme and a fine spicy (cumin, nutmeg) and slightly smoky notes. The end of the mouth is chiseled, tangy and expresses notes of green apple, lemon, as well as a touch of lemon jam, quince jam and a fine smoky hint.
