Willm – Riesling 2016 Reserve – Alsace

The nose is aromatic, fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of apple tree flowers, fresh green apple and exotic fruits associated with a hint of ripe citrus, crushed kumquat as well as a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, very slightly « perlant » (lightly sparkling) in the attack, mineral, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of green apple, lemon zests and slight touches of exotic fruits associated with a hint of clementine (in the background). The persistance offert a small racy minerality.
