The nose is a bit tight and offers a fine unctuosity (in the background). The wine needs to be served in carafe. It reveals notes of white lilac / lily of the valley, fleshy white peach and small notes of fresh lemon combined with a very discreet hint of ripe / crushed mirabelle plum (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, (very) slightly tight and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, a fine minerality, juiciness, tension, a small unctuosity, gourmandise as well as a fine delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Brugnon, Williams pear and small varietal notes / white flowers (lily of the valley) combined with hints of crushed kumquat / mirabelle plum, juicy quince as well as discreet notes of beeswax and vanilla. Good length. Good persistence. Gourmandise on persistence.
