The wine shows a pale, lemon-green colour, clear and shiny. The nose is pungent, zesty, revealing notes of fresh lime, green apple, quince, white peach, a touch of white pepper, pear blossom, pollen and honeysuckle. The palate is very light, slightly diluted, aerial. It demonstrates notes of green plum, fresh, crunchy green and white apple, a touch of quince, a hint of dried herbs and grass. The finish is rather short, herbal, with a lick of positive bitterness in the background.
