The nose is fresh, fruity / aromatic and offers intensity / potency. It reveals notes of kumquat, lychee and small notes of exotic fruit associated with touches of peach in syrup as well as slight hints of flowers as well as a very discreet hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a acidulous frame, a good structure, tension, gourmandise as well as a very discreet beading (perlant) side on the attack. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, pineapple in syrup / crunchy pineapple and small notes of mandarin zest associated with fine touches of vine peach as well as a hint of a quenette and a subtle hint of lemon blossom. Good length.
