The palate is beautifully structured, supple, well-balanced, elegant, and offers precision, gourmandise finesse, delicacy, race as well as a tangy racy structure. Beautifully defined and gourmand. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of physalis, kumquat and small notes of crushed quince associated with fine touches of dried lemon, potpourri, flowers as well as discreet hints of lychee, a subtle hint of beeswax, dry tobacco and sweet spices. Good length. A hint of saffron in the background (in its floral side). Superbe persistence of 12 caudalies.
