The palate is zesty and vivid with luscious sweetness balanced by refreshing, zesty acidity. It demonstrates notes of dried fruits, grapefruit zest, orange blossom, tangerine confiture with a hint of vanilla and ginger. The finish is persistent, long, baroque and decadent with a pleasant, bitter-sweet aftertaste.
