The nose is perfumed and aromatic, revealing notes of rose water, ripe yellow apples, white peaches, a pinch of spices and ginger. The palate is juicy with elevated, crispy acidity and good tension. It reveals notes of yellow apples, apple tart, lemons, limes, fresh cut grass and fresh herbs. The acidity is very high and slightly aggressive, needs some time to settle.
