The wine demonstrates a bright, intense, deep lemon-green colour. The nose is intense, fruity and herbal with notes of ripe lemon, fresh pear, dried and fresh herbs, a hint of asparagus and green peas. The palate is dense, showing a lot of volume and concentration, plenty of herbals and spices. We find notes of yellow apple, Conference pear, a touch of grapefruit, a hint of white pepper and oregano. The finish is round, powerful, enveloping, slightly bulky.
