The nose is fruity, well-built and offerss a small incisive side. It reveals notes of lemon and ripe grapefruit associated with small notes of zest, peach, flint as well as an imperceptible varietal hint. The palate is fruity, gourmande, discreetly “perlante” (discreet sparkling sensation) and offers a fine suavity, a good definition, a very fine grain, tension, finesse, roundness as well as an acid / citrus frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, grapefruit and small notes of Granny Smith apple associated with hints of pink grapefruit as well as a discreet hint of tangerine, flowers, zest, flint, peach and an imperceptible touch of fresh almond (in the background).
